            In the process of producing Nano-silver anti-bacterial fiber, the specialized nano-silver antimicrobial agent is dispersed into the melting process. Nano-silver would combine with the enzyme of bacteria, so that the bacteria would lose vigor and stop reproduction. Inhibitory rate of Staphylococcus aureus and colon bacillus reaches 99.9%.

            Antibacterial Mode:

            Nano-silver ions are embedded in the fibers, through the Coulomb attraction, small amounts of silver ions would penetrate into the cell when they contact with the bacteria. And then, it would have chemical reaction with the SH base to freeze and destroy the bacteria.

            Currently, there are a variety of specifications of antibacterial filament and short fibers which could be blended with other fibers. Because anti-bacterial fibers have unique properties, they have a wide range of uses:
